Job Details

Our client in Alaska is seeking an experienced Cerner Training/ LMS Coordinator for their team for an 7+ month, contracting opportunity.

Description:
  • Responsible for managing course creation, enrollment, and maintenance within the learning management system, supporting end-user training initiatives for a Cerner implementation.
  • Focus on coordinating training activities, maintaining training documentation, generating reports, and providing technical support to ensure successful delivery of training programs.
  • Create and manage detailed training schedules and calendars.
  • Build, maintain, and support LMS course content for class schedules, trainer assignment, room assignment, manager registration for staff, run reports on registration and training completion status.
  • Hands-on logistics support: booking rooms, arranging equipment, ensuring site readiness
  • Strong proficiency with scheduling and project tools and M365 (Teams, Outlook, etc..)
  • Proven track record tracking attendance, completions, and training metrics
  • Experience supporting large-scale go-live training efforts in healthcare IT (Oracle Health a plus)
  • Modify or create classroom workflow practice guides for students in the playground during training class.
  • Previous healthcare experience is required, prior Oracle Health/ Cerner experience is preferred.

**Traveling/ onsite support will be required for go live in Spring 2026
