Job Details

Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Woodlawn, MD (On-site)
Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.

  • Analyse the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
  • Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture, and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
  • Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.


Qualifications: Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ instead of a degree

  • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
  • Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
  • Experience with the US Federal Government
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.


Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
  • 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
  • Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
  • 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
  • 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
