We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify business challenges, develop data-driven insights, and support the successful delivery of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis for complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, finance, and operations.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements and automation opportunities.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, performance metrics, and business opportunities.
Support development and testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
Assist in project scoping, planning, and prioritization based on business impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.
5 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Strong experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, or similar.
Proven ability to elicit and document clear and concise business and functional requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
