Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
4 15 years of experience in test automation, digital testing, or related roles, with a focus on customer-facing responsibilities involving modern digital technologies and enterprise packaged applications.
UI Test Automation experience Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TOSCA, UFT, etc.
Backend/API Automation Postman, SOAPUI, RestAssured, etc.
Experience in roles such as Test Management Office (TMO), Test Program Manager, etc.
Expertise in test strategy design, test automation tools, and frameworks.
Knowledge of test data management and performance testing methodologies.
Experience with Java Spring Boot-based microservices or other microservices stacks in a testing or automation capacity.
Familiarity with AWS services like S3, Lambda, or API Gateway in the context of test automation.
Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with performance testing using JMeter or Gatling for high-load enterprise applications.
Experience in testing applications behind VPNs and firewalls.
Experience working with AI-driven testing tools or implementing AI-based test optimizations in automation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success and Advocacy:
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them implement, configure, and maximize the value of the platform for their specific business needs.
Evangelize the client s platform by demonstrating its unique value proposition in client engagements, webinars, and other forums.
Collaborate with customer success teams to proactively address client needs and ensure they derive maximum value from the product.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the platform, including its features, use cases, and technical architecture.
Understand the underlying Java Spring Boot-based microservices stack, AWS infrastructure, and how the platform integrates with modern enterprise applications, including SAP.
Strategic Test Leadership:
Design comprehensive test strategies for clients, leveraging the platform s capabilities to address diverse testing needs.
Provide technical guidance on digital testing, test automation, test data management, and performance testing.
Technical Problem Solving:
Understand VPN technologies and how they impact cloud-hosted solutions when connecting to applications running behind client firewalls.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges involving client infrastructure and the platform.
AI Advocacy:
Champion the use of AI-driven testing solutions, identifying opportunities to innovate and expand the platform s impact in client environments.
Continuous Learning:
Stay current with advancements in digital testing, cloud technologies (especially AWS), AI in testing, and SAP solutions.
