Must Have Experience:

- Experience with creating both "as-is " and "to-be " process maps.
- An understanding of how automation aligns with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements for the automation project.
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and document current pain points.
- Design automated workflows that meet business needs and improve efficiency. This includes creating documentation like Process Design Documents (PDD).
- The ability to quickly identify and address issues. Effectively interact with both business and technical teams.
Primary Skills :
An RPA Business Analyst identifies, analyzes, and documents business processes for automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, designing automation solutions, and working with developers to ensure successful implementation and alignment with business goals. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in process assessment and design.

- Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field like computer science, information technology, or business is often required. In addition to RPA professional certifications.
