Job Summary:
Join our client as a Business Analyst 3 in Pomona, CA, where you'll play a crucial role in analyzing contractor personnel data and supporting business area migrations. You'll work closely with senior leadership to enhance cybersecurity and phishing programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of contractor personnel data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the migration of business areas into the Field & Contractor Oversight program.
Identify business needs and develop provisioning job templates.
Verify timely and accurate implementation of changes.
Analyze cybersecurity and phishing data to identify trends.
Support senior advisors in reporting to vendors and leadership.
Skills Required:
Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
Experience analyzing large data sets with multiple attributes.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
