Job Description: Technical Project Manager (Embedded Systems)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who has started their career as a Software Engineer and brings strong hands-on embedded systems experience. The ideal candidate should be technically deep, capable of leading cross-functional teams, and comfortable working across embedded software, AI, and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of embedded software projects, from requirements to release

  • Act as a bridge between engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring technical clarity

  • Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery timelines

  • Review system architecture, design, and code quality with development teams

  • Manage teams working on C++, Java, embedded firmware, AI, and frontend components

  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and quality standards

  • Support technical decision-making and resolve complex engineering challenges

Mandatory Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Embedded Software Development (mandatory)

  • Solid background in C++ and/or Java

  • Experience managing embedded systems projects (firmware, drivers, RTOS, etc.)

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Engineering Manager

Additional Skills (Required)

  • Exposure to AI / ML technologies (integration, solution understanding, or delivery)

  • Experience or understanding of Frontend technologies (any framework is acceptable)

  • Strong understanding of software architecture and system design

  • Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in product-based or embedded-focused organizations

  • Knowledge of IoT, edge computing, or hardware-software integration

  • Prior customer-facing or client-handling experience
