PowerApps Developer

Title: PowerApps Developer
Location: Columbia, SC;
Partially onsite 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) minimum, possibly more depending on work needs.
Hours - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (open to negotiate) (Overtime, on-call, weekends, off hours (any of them as needed)
Duration: 6 months, likely extensions

Job Summary: Day to Day:

• Application development : designing user interfaces, creating customer components and implementing logic within Power Apps
• Data analysis and visualization - creating dashboards and data visualizations

Team Info/Team name: Informational Reporting - Looking to build a team and need this person to be the knowledge source for the PowerPlatform on the team
Informational Reporting provides customer tables, extracts and reports while also maintaining data repositories for South Carolina and many other customers. It serves as the face of client to many customers due to the direct interaction we have with them. We service the needs of internal and external affiliates around the country.

Job Requirements: Required Experience: 6 years-of application development, systems testing or other job related experience.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree-in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree.
Degree Equivalency: 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree

Required Software and Tools (Hands on experience required):

• Proficiency in Power Apps (Power Automate, Power BI)
• JavaScript
• HTML
• DB2
• SQL
• Azure
• Sharepoint
• Capable of integrating PowerPlatform applications with systems.
• Performing analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation of systems and procedures to solve complex business or scientific problems.
