Job Details

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager, to join one of the largest federal credit unions. The Project Manager will manage vendors, partnerships, and contracts, serving as the main link between the auto product strategy group and the marketing team.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Auto Product Strategy group and the Marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and strategic partnerships, including contract negotiation and performance tracking, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize Asana to manage project timelines, assign tasks, compile reports, and ensure smooth execution of marketing workflows, particularly in consumer banking and auto lending.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to interpret performance data using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Assist in project budgeting and resource planning to ensure efficient use of funds and alignment with business objectives.


Qualifications for the Project Manager include:

  • 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably within consumer banking, with a strong understanding of workflows related to automobile lending products.
  • Proven expertise in vendor and contract management, including negotiating terms, managing partnerships, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, especially Asana, for task tracking, workspace organization, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics, including tools like Google Analytics, to support data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including marketing and product strategy stakeholders.


Compensation for the Project Manager include:

  • Salary: $110,000 - $120,000
