Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to grasp their business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.


• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics CRM to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences.


• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports to extend CRM capabilities and offer actionable insights.


• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other Microsoft and third-party applications to facilitate seamless data exchange and bolster efficiency.


• Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and stakeholders across the implementation lifecycle.


• Conduct user training sessions and generate documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and foster CRM adoption.


• Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics CRM and Power Platform features and best practices to continually enhance solution delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Proven track record of implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions across various industries.


• Proficiency in developing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.


• Solid grasp of CRM concepts, including entities, workflows, forms, and security roles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients.


• Preferred Microsoft certifications such as MB-200: Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core.


• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based CRM deployments is advantageous.
