Job Title: S/4HANA Project Manager Record-to-Report (experience a must)
Location: Charlotte onsite M-Th (Will cover travel weekly for non local candidates)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic S/4HANA Project Manager with a strong functional background in SAP FI/CO to lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream within a major S/4HANA transformation program. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive daily execution, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of key project milestones including build, bug resolution, cutover, training, and organizational change management (OCM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the R2R workstream within the S/4HANA program, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, track progress, and remove blockers for the R2R team.
- Manage and prioritize the Build and Bug resolution backlog, working closely with functional and technical teams.
- Coordinate and track cutover simulation activities, ensuring readiness for go-live.
- Collaborate with OCM and Training teams to ensure training materials, sessions, and change activities are planned and executed on schedule.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators, and internal teams for the R2R stream.
- Monitor and report on project status, risks, and issues related to the R2R scope.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, including deep knowledge of Record-to-Report processes.
- 3+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, ideally in a project management or stream lead role.
- Proven experience running Agile or hybrid project methodologies, including daily standups and backlog management.
- Strong understanding of cutover planning, training coordination, and OCM activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
