Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise 2. Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc. 3. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers 4. Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements 5. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources 6. Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews 7. Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs 8. Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap 9. Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile, waterfall etc.

The Agile Products Manager is responsible for coordinating processes, methods, and tools across all the GD&RS agile software development teams, including facilitation of all agile release planning events. Establish and communicate the annual calendars for software releases and iterations. Summarize Program Objectives for each release cycle. Assist in team prioritization efforts to ensure alignment with objectives. Guide each team in estimations and velocity planning to ensure robust quality delivery. Lead all Release planning events. Identify risks and help to manage dependencies. Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings between various Product Owners and Product Managers; identify developer resource re-alignment needs. Coach teams on consistent Agile process and (Jira) tool use to manage backlogs, defects, etc. Track performance of individual teams and overall project to aid in continuous improvement and improve the efficiency of the development and sign-off processes. Work to ensure consistency amongst the teams. Maintain common global process for defect handling & prioritization; facilitate team implementation. Maintain management dashboards and Agile Key Performance Indicators for Business-Managed IT teams. Lead Technical Program Management of cross-department projects (i.e., GD&RS, GDIA, ET). Issue release notes & dealer communications in preparation for field release/deployment Lead end-to-end testing and validation of projects (e.g., PTS AI Assistant, Enhanced Search, etc.): Apply test strategies and processes defined by Ford Leverage provided tools and process steps to deliver feedback, resulting in further testing of improvements, enhancements, and greater tool accuracy Lead the testing and evaluation of performance and integration of all components Adhere to agreed-upon timelines Support scheduled status and review discussions Support pilots and evaluation Hybrid role."
