Job Details
We are looking to hire a Controls Engineer. The successful hire will have a strong knowledge in Automation & Controls.
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
Responsibilities:
- Repair $300,000 to $500,000's brush making machines as well as design and build our own custom versions.
- Program and troubleshoot Fanuc robots and other robotic systems
- Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed engineering drawings
- Update and retrofit existing machine with new controls, motion packages, add on laser marking, or labeling solutions to existing packaging equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Festo PLCs and CoDeSys
- Programming and troubleshooting Fanuc robots
- AutoCad
- Abrasive or Brush background Highly Preferred
- Electrical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, 2d/3d design, Metallurgy, bending and forming of metals, punch presses, 3D printing, and CNC Machining
