Job Details

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Automation Lead with strong skills in Python-based automation frameworks, and hands-on exposure to AI-driven, LLM QA tools. This is a long-term contract opportunity to work on cutting-edge test automation and quality engineering solutions, contributing to reliable and scalable product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end automation scripts using Python

  • Automate functional, regression, and smoke tests for web applications.

  • Integrate AI/ML-based testing tools to optimize test coverage and detect flaky tests or failure patterns.

  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and QA teams to define test cases and ensure comprehensive coverage.

  • Monitor test execution in CI/CD pipelines and triage failures.

  • Conduct API and backend validation using Python automation libraries.

  • Create detailed bug reports and assist with root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA Automation, with a strong command of Python.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools, LLM (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, or custom AI solutions).

  • Experience testing web applications and REST APIs.

  • Proficiency in integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
