Job Details

We are hiring Senior Storage Solutions Architect for our Downey Headquarters. The Senior storage solutions architect will have extensive experience architecting enterprise data backup and recovery for diverse on-premises workloads, including VMware, AIX, HP-UX, NAS, Windows, and Linux environments

Direct hire on W2 only. No C2C.

Skills PreferredSenior storage solutions architect will provide subject matter expertise in industry, and have specific knowledge of methods including designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance enterprise storage solutions, including across multi-vendor platforms. the senior storage solutions architect will have extensive experience architecting enterprise data backup and recovery for diverse on-premises workloads, including VMware, AIX, HP-UX, NAS, Windows, and Linux environments; deep expertise in Dell PowerMax (block storage), including SRDF, Unisphere, and NVMe integrations; and experience with storage automation using Ansible, Python, REST APIs, or PowerShell for provisioning and configuration management. The senior storage solutions architect will posses a strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise it infrastructure, be proficient in at least one programming language, excellent interpresonal skills, and written and oral communication.

Experience Required

-8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting multi-vendor storage solutions for enterprise environments.

-5+ years of experience with Cisco MDS director switches

-5+ years of experience with Dell PowerMax, PowerScale, and Elastic Cloud Storage

-5+ years of experience with IBM FlashSystem 7200

-5+ years of experience with NetApp Filers and StorageGRID

-5+ years of experience with Pure X70/X90 ActiveCluster

-5+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting for automating tasks or Ansible equivalent.

-5+ years of experience with VMware environments

-5+ years of experience with Cloud Providers: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

-5+ years of experience with AIX, HP-UX, Linux, and Windows operating systems
Education RequiredThis classification requires the possession of a bachelor s degree in an IT-related or Engineering
