Role: Program Manager Web & Mobile Applications (Telecom, Azure, Kubernetes, .NET, Java)

Location: Bellevue, WA (hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

  • 5 Yrs of Exp in Telecom Domain

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a web application project deployed on Microsoft Azure and running on Kubernetes, with components built using .NET and Java. The role also includes oversight of mobile application development (iOS and Android). Experience in the telecom domain is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen (development background), telecom domain knowledge, and proven program management skills, working cross-functionally with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional development teams across web and mobile platforms.
  • Drive implementation on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) with close collaboration with infrastructure and DevOps teams.
  • Oversee delivery of backend services built in .NET and Java, ensuring system integration and performance alignment.
  • Manage dependencies and integration between web and mobile components for a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to support efficient CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices.
  • Track and report on project KPIs including timelines, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Oversee change management and ensure alignment with evolving priorities.
  • Coordinate with QA/UAT teams to uphold release quality and performance benchmarks.
  • Ensure adherence to telecom industry standards and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management within software development.
  • Strong experience managing applications hosted on Microsoft Azure and deployed using Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Solid understanding of .NET and Java technologies.
  • Proven experience managing mobile app development projects (iOS and Android).
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and Agile management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of security, scalability, and compliance in cloud-native environments.
  • Prior experience working with distributed teams and offshore delivery models.
  • Telecom domain knowledge
