Key Responsibilities:
The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vendors and consultants, and business staff as assigned, in the execution of business & IT projects and related procurements
- Coordinate and oversee the development of proposals, statement of work, statement of requirements, and RFP responses
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments and removing roadblocks to their work
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary teams in the development of plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for completion of a project
- Oversee and manage execution and/or coordination of day-to-day project activities as required
- 5 years of experience with:
- Analyzing, organizing, problem solving, and decision making
- Implementing new approaches, systems, structures, and methods
- Understanding of software development life cycle models
- Understanding technology at the level to help represent project team in multiple forums
- Leading the business and IT resources through the discovery and documentation of business and technical requirements
- AGILE and Waterfall project management principles and practices. In addition, the ability to blend them together
- Leading large program with multiple workstreams
- Working vendor and implementing vendor solutions.
- Active PMP certification (from PMI)
