Position: Senior Pega Decisioning Architect (Leadership/Advisory Role)
Experience Level: 15+ Years in Pega | 4+ Years in CDH (Recent, Hands-On, Leadership Focused)
Certification: Pega CDH Certified (Mandatory)
We are actively seeking senior-level resources for a leadership or strategic advisory role not individual contributors or developers. The ideal candidate brings at least 15 years of Pega implementation experience, with a minimum of 4+ years of recent, hands-on leadership in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). This includes steering solution strategy, influencing architectural decisions, and guiding enterprise-level CDH implementations.
Key Requirements:
Pega CDH Certification
4+ years of CDH expertise, specifically in solution leadership, strategy, or advisory capacity.
15+ years overall Pega experience, with a strong understanding of the broader Pega ecosystem and enterprise implementations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the architectural and strategic lead for CDH initiatives.
Design and govern Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, decision logic, and personalization frameworks.
Provide thought leadership on arbitration, suppression logic, adaptive models, and real-time decisioning.
Drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring enterprise CDH strategies are cohesive and business-aligned.
Oversee system upgrades and Cloud 3 readiness, including performance and scalability planning.
Lead integration strategies across channels, data layers, and marketing systems.
Act as a mentor or advisor to junior architects and technical leads.
