About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Practice Lead to establish and drive our ServiceNow practice. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, who can also engage with clients, and support business development. You will play a pivotal role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our ServiceNow offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement & Strategic Partnerships:
Act as the face of the ServiceNow practice, focused on relationship-building with key stakeholders, clients, and the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Drive ServiceNow license resale through both sell-with (in collaboration with ServiceNow) and sell-through (direct resale) models.
Maintain a strong understanding of the ServiceNow Service Provider model to shape strategic engagements.
Practice Leadership:
Define and drive the strategy for the ServiceNow practice aligned with business and revenue goals.
Accelerate ServiceNow enabled offering development.
Lead the development of reusable assets, go-to-market solutions, and internal capability roadmaps.
Client Engagement & Pre-Sales:
Engage with clients to understand their challenges and position ServiceNow solutions that drive transformation.
Lead consultative sales conversations, platform evangelism, and solutioning in partnership with technical and sales teams.
Support pre-sales activities including RFPs/RFIs, proposals, demos, and pricing strategies.
Capability & Ecosystem Growth:
Represent the company in ServiceNow partner forums, industry events, and alliance meetings.
Stay current with the ServiceNow platform evolution and leverage insights to inform sales and offering strategies.
Mentor internal teams and contribute to building domain and platform knowledge across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in IT services, ServiceNow leadership or business development roles.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, HRSD, TSM etc.
- Proven track record of ServiceNow license resale and strategic account growth.
- Experience engaging with the ServiceNow partner ecosystem, particularly in the Service Provider context.
- Telecom industry experience or exposure to telecom-specific ServiceNow implementations is a strong plus.
- Excellent client relationship skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Prior experience in building and scaling ServiceNow practices or Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Architect) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and ITIL frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
