RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking and a Senior BI Analyst/Developer to join a talented team and play a key role in building a world class analytics environment.
Summary:
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and building data products for analysis and reporting using a variety of tools. In this visible and impactful position, you will construct data visualizations of healthcare data using Tableau to communicate complex ideas and enable data-driven decision making at all levels of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of related BI analysis/development experience in the healthcare/health tech industry
* Expertise in SQL programming and strong knowledge of relational databases
* Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or related tool
* Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of Snowflake preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
