Job Title: QA Tester - Salesforce Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) - (Plano, TX) Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months) Start Date: July 7, 2025 About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team and support a high-impact Salesforce/nCino project. This role involves a mix of manual testing and collaboration with an existing automation framework built in Playwright. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce testing experience, a working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, and a willingness to grow into nCino and automation responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of user stories across multiple teams, with a focus on Salesforce and nCino workflows. Collaborate with developers and QA team members to ensure test coverage and quality standards. Support and expand an existing Playwright automation framework (JavaScript/TypeScript). Participate in CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps; potential exposure to AutoRABIT. Extract and prioritize test flows from user stories and business requirements. Assist in setting up Salesforce sandboxes, configuring permissions, and validating workflows. Identify gaps in requirements and contribute to process refinement. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience testing in Salesforce environments. Familiarity with Playwright and scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how to work within them (Azure DevOps preferred). Strong manual testing skills and experience with tools like Postman. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to nCino or interest in learning and growing into the platform. Experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Components, and MuleSoft integrations. Familiarity with AutoRABIT or similar CI/CD tools for Salesforce. Backend testing experience is a plus. Team & Environment: Join a QA team of 6-8 members supporting 3 development teams. Work closely with the Enlight team and other stakeholders. Participate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow into automation and platform-specific testing. Interview Process: 30-minute phone screen 1-hour onsite interview (may include problem-solving/whiteboarding) Offer Interviewers will include QA leadership, Salesforce developers, and/or architects. Additional Information: Sponsorship is not supported for this role. Candidates must be able to work onsite 3 days per week. Submittals must not display sponsorship requirements to the client.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
