Job Description:

>> Lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functional tower in the S4HANA AMS environment, ensuring timely and high-quality support.

>> Serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for SAP MM, including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification.

>> Provide functional support and issue resolution across SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), especially where it interfaces with procurement and inventory processes.

>> Manage ticket queues, SLA adherence, root cause analysis, and service improvement plans for the P2P area.

>> Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, WM, AribaSRM, Technical) to resolve end-to-end process issues and integration-related challenges.

>> Act as the primary contact point for stakeholders and users for ongoing SAP P2P issues and enhancements.

>> Drive AMS best practices, process standardization, and automation initiatives within the P2P domain.

>> Support minor enhancements, testing, and coordination for S4HANA updates and release cycles.

>> Coach and mentor junior consultants and ensure proper knowledge documentation and transition management.

Requirements:

>> 8-12 years of relevant SAP experience, with at least 3 years as a teamtower lead

>> Deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Release Strategies, Invoice Verification)

>> Solid working knowledge of SAP PM - maintenance planning, work orders, and integration with MM

>> Experience with cross-module integrations, especially with FI (GRIR, invoice processing), SD (third-party procurement), and WM (goods movement)

>> Strong understanding of S4HANA functionalities, Fiori apps relevant to P2P, and differences from ECC

>> Experience in managing AMS processes - ticket lifecycle, SLA, knowledge base, incident vs service request handling

>> Ability to analyze complex business issues, identify root causes, and recommend processsystem improvements

>> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

>> Familiarity with ITIL framework and service delivery processes
