Required Technical Skills
- Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 6 (Standard), ASP.NET
- UI Development: Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), MVVM, MVVM Design Pattern
- Web & API: Web API, RESTful Services, ServiceNow Integration, ASP.NET, IIS
- Database & Querying: SQL Server, LINQ, LINQ to SQL, Joins, Aggregations
- Tools & CI/CD: Visual Studio, Bitbucket, Bitbucket Pipelines, Bamboo, Bamboo CI/CD, Git, Jira, Dynatrace, Splunk
- DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices, Build/Deploy pipelines using Bamboo/Bamboo CI
- Version Control: Git, Bitbucket, Bitbucket Repositories
- Cloud (Plus): Basic knowledge of Cloud environments is a plus
Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in:
- Full-stack development of web-based, n-tier, and n-layered applications
- L3 product support, incident resolution, and production troubleshooting
- Experience using or setting up monitoring and log capture tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.)
- Strong exposure to:
- Agile methodologies
- DevOps environments
- Onshore/Offshore delivery model
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Problem Management and Incident Management workflows
- Continuous improvement mindset
