Qualifications

  • Experience using or setting up monitoring and log capture tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.)
  • Strong exposure to:
    • Agile methodologies
    • DevOps environments
    • Onshore/Offshore delivery model
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with Problem Management and Incident Management workflows
  • Continuous improvement mindset
