Must-Have | - Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Service management, Sales and Marketing Automation functionality for CRM Online/Dynamics 365 CRM
- Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product ( entities , workflows and configuration, Business Units, Security structure, Organization Units )
- Excellent experience in implementing Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service for various industries.
- Experience in client facing role
- Experience of requirements gathering, functional analysis, gap-fit analysis, and review of Gap fit done by other functional experts
- Experience in creating User Stories
- Design for User stories
- Experience in Migration projects which involves data mapping
- Excellent handle on D365 CRM Out of the Box features versus custom development
- Ability to prepare and give quick demos on product features
- Excellent in verbal and written communication, documentation and presentation skills
- Authoring and maintaining Functional Requirements document and Functional design document
- Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
- Functional unit testing, end to end testing of the implemented solution
- Ability to provide end user training
- Exposure to Agile methodology and Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. JavaScripts will be an added advantage
