About the Role
Looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant (SCM Demand & Supply Planning)
Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM, driving business value through Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization initiatives.
Leads Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, optimizing planning processes, ensuring system integrations, and supporting continuous improvement across the enterprise supply chain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Demand Management, Supply Planning, and ASCP.
- Partner with stakeholders in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing, and Procurement to gather and translate business requirements.
- Configure and manage planning parameters such as lead times, sourcing rules, safety stock, and planning constraints.
- Support integration between SCM Cloud modules and ERP components (Order Management, Procurement, Inventory).
- Validate data accuracy and perform data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Develop and execute test scripts, coordinate UAT, and resolve issues.
- Provide post-go-live functional support, documentation, and training to business users.
- Drive continuous improvement of planning metrics forecast accuracy, supply adherence, and inventory optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant specializing in SCM Cloud / E-Business Suite.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and ASCP.
- Proven experience in business process design, gap analysis, and functional configuration.
- Solid understanding of Oracle ERP integration points across OM, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Experience with data validation, migration, and functional testing.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to support multiple releases, quarterly patches, and enhancement projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud SCM certification(s).
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or related reporting tools.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Domain expertise in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Operations.
