Job Summary (List Format): SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- Lead and manage the upgrade of SAP SuccessFactors from version 1.1 to 1.2.
- Assess impacts on existing system configurations, integrations, and business processes.
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and functional teams for seamless upgrade execution.
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, including regression and UAT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues during and after the upgrade.
- Create detailed documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with data security and change management policies.
- Provide ongoing support during go-live and stabilization phases.
- Bring 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with proven expertise in version upgrades.
- Demonstrate proficiency in 2 3 SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, RBP, Performance & Goals).
- Possess strong knowledge of Provisioning, Upgrade Center, and system configuration.
- Communicate effectively in hybrid or cross-functional environments.
- (Preferred) Experience working with public sector/government clients and SAP BTP or integration technologies.
