Avanciers are looking for a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Ormond Beach, FL. This role involves supporting various financial operations, analyzing business data, and driving cost efficiency within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Advanced Excel, Manufacturing Accounting, and Cost Control.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, interpret, and report on financial and business data.

  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support decision-making.

  • Conduct cost control, variance, and manufacturing accounting analysis.

  • Support budgeting, planning, and financial performance reviews.

  • Identify process improvements and assist cross-functional teams with financial insights.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).

  • Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Accounting and Cost Control.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
