Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Architect to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is an onsite role requiring a hands-on expert in ServiceNow CMDB with strong experience in Discovery, integrations, and Now Platform performance.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with experience in ServiceNow enterprise architecture, security, database schema design, data modeling, integrations, and middleware. This role involves governance, process ownership, performance optimization, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow CMDB and related platform operations.
  • Lead design, architecture, and implementation of CMDB solutions.
  • Ensure CI data is accurate, current, and available where needed.
  • Define and implement CI data governance processes and auditing mechanisms.
  • Build and monitor CI data health dashboards; resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
  • Collaborate on integration strategies with discovery and data ingestion systems.
  • Identify and address gaps in CI classes, attributes, relationships, and metrics.
  • Evaluate enhancement requests and provide scalable, compliant solutions.
  • Execute Health Scans and proactively tune Now Platform performance.
  • Contribute to ServiceNow platform governance and best practice development.

Required Skills:

  • 4 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
  • Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Solid experience with ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise architecture modules.
  • Knowledge of security, database schema, and data modeling in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in platform performance optimization and Health Scan analysis.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams across IT functions.

Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
