- High school diploma or GED AND nine (9) years of experience managing multiple IT and business projects
- Associates degree counts as two years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher counts as four years of experience
- two (2) or more years in a lead role that required collaboration across multiple divisions with stakeholders from varying organizational levels.
- PMP or PgMP Certification
- CSM or SAFe Certification
- 2 years experience with MS Project
- 1 years experience with Azure Dev Ops
- 1 years experience with Jira
- 1 years experience with GitHub
- CompTIA Security+
- Cisco (CCNP)
- Palo Alto Networks (PCNSE) or CISSP
- Azure Fundamentals AZ-900
- Experience with PPM tools
- Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISM
- Networking: CCNA, CCNP
- Infrastructure: ITIL, Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS)
- Proven experience leading and managing complex IT and business projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Demonstrated experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments, including managing hybrid project approaches.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and vendor partners, to drive project goals and deliverables.
- Prior experience working with state, local, or regional government agencies and familiarity with public sector processes, standards, and reporting requirements is highly preferred.
- Experience managing enterprise-level modernization or transformation initiatives, particularly in government or other regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success in risk and issue management, including developing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution to maintain project momentum.
- Experience in project budgeting and resource planning, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with organizational change management initiatives, including driving adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting continuous process improvement initiatives within a PMO or enterprise program environment.
- Experience leading change initiatives and managing conflict resolution within cross-functional project environments.
- Experience mentoring or coaching project team members to enhance delivery and PMO capabilities.
Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, Beacon Gov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
