Job Description:

DynPro is seeking a Workato Architect to lead solution design for complex automation and integration programs. You will define integration strategy, establish governance and standards, and guide hands-on engineers through delivery. This role blends deep architecture experience with pragmatic execution and close engagement with business and IT stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end Workato solution architecture for multi-application transformation initiatives.
  • Define integration standards, reusable frameworks, naming conventions, documentation templates, and design patterns.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to understand processes and translate them into scalable solution blueprints.
  • Architect event-driven, API-led, and batch integration approaches based on the use case and system constraints.
  • Guide engineers on recipe design, connector selection, security patterns, environment strategy, and observability.
  • Review designs and implementations for performance, data quality, resilience, and compliance.
  • Support presales and proposal efforts with estimates, solution narratives, and risk/assumption logs.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to practice accelerators, reference architectures, and best practices.

Must-have qualifications

  • Deep hands-on experience with Workato in enterprise environments, including large-scale implementations.
  • Strong command of integration fundamentals: APIs, messaging patterns, data modeling, error and retry strategies.
  • Experience designing solutions across major business domains such as HR, Finance, Sales, ITSM or Supply Chain.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus between business and technical teams.
  • Experience working in consulting or fast-paced project environments with multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex integration concepts in simple terms.

Nice-to-have

  • Architecture experience across multiple iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, Tray.io, Celigo).
  • Workato certifications and experience establishing integration governance or a Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Exposure to security, compliance, or regulated industry delivery (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Background working with modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) or analytics integrations.
