Location: Remote (East Coast Only Preferred) Strong preference for Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT) candidates who can occasionally be onsite in New York. Duration: 12 months Contract (Long-term opportunity)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Workday HCM ERP Architect with deep technical and functional expertise to lead the architecture and implementation of end-to-end Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have a track record in architecting scalable Workday HCM environments, integrating with legacy systems, and delivering across key Workday modules.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead architect for Workday HCM implementations and solution design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Oversee and execute data migrations from legacy systems to Workday HCM
- Design and implement integrations between Workday and third-party systems
- Guide configuration and delivery of key HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Compensation, and Absence Management
- Ensure alignment with Workday best practices and certify system stability post-deployment
- Provide expertise across the hire-to-retire lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Architect or in a similar role
- Workday HCM certification required
- Minimum 1 recent full life-cycle Workday HCM implementation
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Workday
- Experience with legacy data migration and Workday integrations.
