ServiceNow Architect Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)
Rate: Market Rate
Duration: 20 hours/ week for 6 months
Location: San Diego CA
Work Location: REMOTE (This is a 100% remote role, so we can consider anywhere from USA.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- Deep understanding of platform capabilities (e.g., Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, tables).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HAM/HAM Pro (understanding of asset lifecycle, model categories, table structures).
- Strong background in technical architecture and solution design.
- Ability to mentor and provide guidance to technical consultants.
- Experience working in agile/sprint-based environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to represent the team in client-facing roles.
- Self-starter with strong accountability and problem-solving ability.
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow HAM Pro certification (not required if candidate has demonstrated experience).
- Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Familiarity with functional testing and training processes.
