Oracle EBS SCM Lead PO, OM & Inventory
Location: Remote (Preferably Atlanta)
Number of Positions: 2
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onsite functional activities for Oracle EBS SCM modules PO, OM, and Inventory.
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional design workshops.
- Configure PO, OM, and Inventory modules to meet business needs.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations.
- Coordinate with technical and offshore teams for development and testing.
- Drive system/integration testing and support UAT.
- Provide best practice guidance for procurement, order processing, and inventory management.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and process improvements.
- Serve as the key point of contact for supply chain project for issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, or rollouts in PO, OM, and Inventory.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, order-to-cash cycles, and inventory control.
- Hands-on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to lead workshops in onsite offshore models.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
