Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements for RMA and returns processes spanning Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Credit Memos.

  • Design and manage EDI interfaces for inbound and outbound sales, shipping, and credit documents using IDoc, X12, and EDIFACT standards.
  • Collaborate with SAP CPI middleware team to define functional specifications for IDoc-EDI mapping, transformation logic, and exception handling.
  • Create and execute integration and user acceptance test (UAT) scripts; drive defect resolution and secure business sign-off.
  • Author functional specs for ABAP developments including custom reports, IDoc extensions, and validation logic.
  • Lead cutover planning and hyper-care support post-deployment, ensuring successful adoption of automated RMA workflows.
  • Monitor performance of automated returns processes and proactively identify areas for optimization.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience with SAP SD in global, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in OTC returns management, including returns, repairs, and credit memo processes.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of EDI configurations, IDoc processing, and X12/EDIFACT standards.
  • Prior experience working with SAP middleware tools like CPI/PI/PO for integration projects.
  • Strong experience creating FS documents, conducting workshops, and collaborating with ABAP and middleware teams.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end rollout cycles including cut-over and hyper-care phases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-tech or manufacturing industry returns processes.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
