Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Role)- Onsite 4 days

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions for our platinum client. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will explore and adopt the latest Salesforce innovations, ensuring solutions are future-ready and business-aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Industry Clouds (e.g., Waste & Utilities), and Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Architect and implement solutions for Agentforce, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), Field Service, and Customer Data Platform capabilities.
  • Design and implement robust integration strategies with enterprise applications using MuleSoft, event-driven architectures, and real-time APIs.
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical solutions.
  • Explore and apply emerging Salesforce capabilities including Einstein GPT, AI Cloud, Tableau CRM/Analytics, and Slack integrations.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and recommend best-fit designs and tools.
  • Establish and enforce architecture governance, coding standards, and DevOps best practices using tools like Copado, Gearset, and AutoRABIT.
  • Create enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned to long-term business transformation goals.
  • Mentor delivery teams, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Actively engage in solutioning discussions with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience.
  • Be in a position to own Salesforce RFP responses and Present solutions to both technical and non-technical audience.
  • Understand current implementation of clients and provide innovative ideas on improving their current functioning in the areas of Sales and Servicing
  • Provide hands-on design and technical implementation support for high-impact initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Salesforce Architect delivering complex, multi-cloud enterprise solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein GPT/AI Cloud, Agentforce, CLM, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and Industry Cloud solutions.
  • Strong integration experience using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven platforms.
  • Proficiency in DevOps/CI-CD for Salesforce and familiarity with agile delivery tools like JIRA.
  • Proven ability to give innovative options to clients in the area of Sales and Servicing leveraging new features coming from Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of analytics and visualization tools (Tableau CRM, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles in North America.
