Job Description
Job Title: Operational Project Lead
Location: Austin, Texas (Onsite twice a week),
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Lead small IT operational projects/efforts with cross functional teams and their managers
- Build strong relationship across the various IT teams
- Project management, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting
Minimum Candidate Characteristics:
4-7+ years of experience managing IT operational projects
o Developing and managing project deliverables
o Technical writing experience
Exceptional Candidate Characteristics:
Experience with electric utility or municipality projects
Experience with ServiceNow
PMP certification
