Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Reengineering Specialist (BPRS) to support a high-visibility IT project, focusing primarily on requirements gathering (80%) and training/content creation (20%). The role bridges business, technical teams, and the project management office to support delivery and ongoing support activities, especially using Azure DevOps.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead business process analysis to gather, document, and translate requirements.

Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders and project teams.

Maintain and prioritize the project backlog using Azure DevOps in an Agile environment.

Support development of product roadmaps and process documentation.

Provide mentoring/training to BAs, QAs, and SMEs using provided templates and standards.

Collaborate with UI/UX teams, developers, QA, and other technical staff.

Create and maintain clear, testable documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, technical documentation).

Assist with build vs. buy analysis and ensure SEM deliverables are aligned.

Ensure cohesive understanding across all stakeholders.


Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years in a training/teaching capacity

5+ years as a Business Analyst SME

5+ years of QA process knowledge

5+ years working with Azure DevOps, including epics/features

Strong understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles

Experience in as-is/to-be process analysis and documentation

Familiar with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle

Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

Proficient with tools like FIGMA and Visio


Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years creating product roadmaps

Experience with system testing

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience supporting content creation for training and project artifacts
