We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to lead the development of scalable backend systems and drive our migration to a cloud-native architecture. This role requires technical leadership, deep expertise in backend and cloud technologies, and a strong commitment to agile and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, design, and implement robust backend services and workflows.
  • Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment.
  • Drive cloud-native migration and optimization efforts, primarily on AWS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Programming Languages: Python (preferred), or Golang/Java with advanced object-oriented programming skills.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred) or Azure, with deep experience in cloud architecture.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred) or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Version Control: GitHub (preferred) or GitLab.
  • Development Practices: Proven experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Agile Methodology: Scrum using Rally (preferred) or Jira.
  • EDI Standards: Working knowledge of X12 formats (nice to have).
