We are seeking an experienced SAP RAR Lead with in-depth knowledge of the Revenue Account Recognition module and a strong background in global financial operations. The ideal candidate will have led 2 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations and served as a sub-module lead on 5 8 projects, with a proven track record managing onshore and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and implementation of SAP RAR solutions, particularly in multi-national, intercompany, and financial consolidation environments.

Oversee end-to-end RAR configurations, testing, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Mentor team members and foster a collaborative delivery culture.

Engage with C-level stakeholders to provide strategic insights and solutions.
Requirements:

7 10 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 3 years in RAR leadership roles.

Strong experience with intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Executive presence and ability to present complex topics to senior stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to dynamic project needs.
Nice to Have:

SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

Background in consulting services and mentoring technical teams.
