; Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Safety and Health Manager to provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations at our Nashville manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner in fostering a culture of safety through risk assessment, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

; Job Responsibilities Provide support and technical expertise for safety and health programs across the manufacturing facilityConduct facility observations, identify risks, and implement corrective recommendationsManage and conduct safety reviews for all Management of Change (MOC) projectsEnsure compliance with OSHA and corporate safety directives through regular assessmentsLead or assist in accident investigations and develop corrective/preventative measuresPrepare site stakeholders for corporate safety assessmentsCollaborate and engage with personnel at all organizational levels to promote safety cultureProvide reports, metrics, and documentation as required by regulatory bodies or corporate leadership

; Required Skills Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory complianceProficient in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work across departmentsProject management and documentation skillsAbility to lead continuous improvement efforts related to workplace safety

; Preferred Skills Experience with safety in automotive or heavy manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with ISO 45001, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies

; Certifications Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Required
