  • Position Title: Front-End Engineer

  • Location: San Diego (Hybrid 3 days/week onsite)

Job Description: Front-End Engineer ()

We are seeking a Front-End Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of UI development experience, primarily using ReactJS.

<> Required Technical Skills:</>

  • ReactJS

  • Redux

  • JavaScript

  • TypeScript

  • HTML / CSS

  • React Hooks

  • Backend integration

  • AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

<> Good-to-Have Skills:</>

  • Node.js

  • Angular

  • AWS / Azure

  • Responsive Design & Libraries (e.g., Bootstrap)

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on design and development in ReactJS.

  • Debugging and troubleshooting existing applications.

  • Participate in the Agile development process and all layers of the SDLC.

  • Collaborate closely with clients and offshore teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Lead technical efforts and mentor junior developers.

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Understand and translate client requirements for the offshore team.

  • Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and propose solutions.

  • Stay open to learning new technologies and tools.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong experience in PL/SQL.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive execution.

  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership.
