Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Product & Technology team. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to build and prioritize a multi-product backlog through workshops and elaboration sessions.
  • Lead product initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Validate data accuracy and analytical methodologies to inform product decisions.
  • Track progress across sprints and ensure timely delivery of milestones while providing updates to leadership on status and risks.
  • Manage financial aspects of product initiatives, including budgeting and funding allocation.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint demos.
  • Write user stories and maintain a well-defined backlog for upcoming sprints.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Business Analyst role.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to analyze data and draw relevant business conclusions.
  • Experience in managing budgets and providing financial insights.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with agile frameworks and practices.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data visualization techniques.
