Job Title: Lead Business Analyst Banking & FinTech
Location: Aliso, California, USA

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients during pre-sales and implementation phases.
- Serve as the banking technology transformation expert.
- Engage with FinTech partners to co-develop integrated solutions.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements using Jobs to be Done and User Journey Mapping.
- Create user stories, process flows, and conceptual designs.
- Act as Product Owner in Agile teams-leading sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and UAT.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Mentor internal teams and share domain expertise.
- Analyze complex problems, forecast trends, and generate innovative solutions.
Required Experience & Skills:
Domain Expertise:
- 10+ years in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and FinTech.
- Strong knowledge of core banking platforms, especially:
- Deep understanding of deposits, loans, payment systems, digital platforms, and regulatory reporting.
- Exposure to Agile tools (Jira, Aha), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
- MBA in Finance/Banking or equivalent.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) are a plus but not mandatory.
