What You'll Do:
- Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps and basic Azure-related tasks
- Support local and remote users, escalating complex issues as needed
- Assist in ERP system support and participate in related projects
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with the broader IT team across company sites
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 2-4 years of IT support experience in a Windows environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with Azure AD is a plus
- Exposure to ERP systems is a bonus, or an interest in learning
- A team-first attitude and a desire to grow with a stable company
