A bit about us:
Our client is a global leader in hospitality, experiences, and travel innovation, currently undergoing an AI-led transformation. As part of a major enterprise-wide initiative, they've established a new division - AI Excellence - focused on embedding artificial intelligence into the core of every internal system, business process, and customer interaction.
This is not just another digital team - it's an elite internal task force with a clear mandate: make AI a default operating layer across the business. They're building platforms, not prototypes. They're scaling impact, not experiments.
Why join us?
Work on real AI transformation at scale, not hypothetical use cases.
Be part of a newly formed division with executive sponsorship and budget.
Access unique AI applications across logistics, operations, marketing, customer experience, and more.
Join a global brand investing heavily in internal innovation and modernization.
Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and relocation support up to $10K for the perfect fit.
Job Details
Architect and build scalable AI/ML platforms that enable internal teams to easily develop, deploy, and monitor AI models in production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize models, build pipelines, and serve ML capabilities as APIs or reusable modules.
Design CI/CD workflows for ML and support reproducibility, model versioning, and automated testing.
Integrate LLM-based agents and copilots into internal tools to streamline workflows, from finance to operations.
Create or extend feature stores, metadata tracking systems, model registries, and vector databases.
Monitor platform performance, model drift, and resource usage; set up observability tools and automated alerts.
Partner with infrastructure teams to ensure cloud and on-prem environments are optimized for ML workloads.
Stay current with emerging trends in generative AI, MLOps, and distributed systems, applying best practices to internal use cases.
What They're Looking For
5-10+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, ML infrastructure, or related roles.
Proven experience building end-to-end AI/ML systems or platform capabilities within a complex organization.
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java, with infrastructure-as-code experience (e.g., Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with cloud-native services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure), especially AI/ML services like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Bedrock.
Deep understanding of data pipelines, ETL workflows, and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).
Experience building or supporting ML platform components such as model registries, feature stores, or experiment tracking tools.
Exposure to LLMs and generative AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration layers.
Bonus: Experience with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), or embedding models.
