Role Summary:
As the Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering enterprise infrastructure projects across cloud migrations,
networking upgrades, systems implementations, and cybersecurity initiatives. You ll manage timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including cloud migration (Azure/AWS), data center upgrades, server/network implementations, endpoint deployments, and disaster recovery solutions.
Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers in coordination with internal stakeholders and client contacts.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineers, support staff, vendors, and third-party providers.
Provide regular project updates to executives and stakeholders, including status reports, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage vendor contracts and relationships to ensure delivery milestones are met and issues are promptly resolved.
Maintain compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote Agile or hybrid project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to drive delivery efficiency.
Serve as a mentor and leader across internal project teams and help drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on project management experience within IT infrastructure or cloud environments.
Proven success in managing projects such as data center migration, network upgrades, and enterprise infrastructure deployment.
Solid understanding of IT systems (servers, networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, storage).
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and/or AWS.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Experience in the healthcare, public sector, or government domain.
Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals).
