Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Cyber Program Manager to lead our cybersecurity initiatives. This role encompasses the development of cyber training and metrics programs, governance and compliance management, technical automation and AI security development, and require exceptional storytelling, presentation, and writing skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cybersecurity management and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

Salary range for the position $85,000 to $130,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. What you will do in the role
1. Cyber Program Management:
- Oversee the strategic planning and execution of cybersecurity programs to strengthen the organization's security framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with business goals.
- Track and report on program progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within resource constraints.
2. Cyber Training Program Development:
- Design and implement robust cybersecurity training programs tailored to various employee levels.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest threats and industry best practices. Required to know Cyber industry frameworks (MITRE, NICE) to support update cyber role curriculum and training.
- Collaborate with training vendors and promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and continuous learning throughout the organization.
3.Technical Automation and AI Security Development:
- Identify and implement automation and AI security, opportunities to enhance cybersecurity operations and efficiency.
- Work with technical teams to develop automated solutions for threat detection and incident response.
- Integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into the cybersecurity infrastructure.
4. Metrics Program Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity metrics program to measure the effectiveness of security initiatives.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with organizational security goals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize cybersecurity performance data.
5.Governance and Compliance Management:
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments, addressing any gaps or deficiencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
6.Communication and Storytelling:
- Craft compelling narratives and presentations to communicate cybersecurity strategies and initiatives to various audiences.
- Develop clear and concise written materials, including reports, policies, and training content.
- Engage and educate stakeholders through effective storytelling and presentation skills.
What you will bring to the role
- 6-8 years experience, bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Advance skills in automating reports in PowerBi, PowerPoint, Infographic, Excel, and Word
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity program management, with a focus on training, governance, and technical development.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
