Description

The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, is well organized, independent and possesses a "can-do" attitude. This role reports to the Director, G&A Business Partner. Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for integration and technical development. Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other enterprise systems. Oversee the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of relevant G&A applications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance and enhance user's experience. Lead the G&A application upgrades and implementations as the IT subject matter expert. Manage and resolve technical configuration and integration issues Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure updates do not disrupt workflows. Maintain detailed documentation of all integrations, workflows, and technical specifications. Provide user administration, workflow development and operational support. Champion security best practices in all architecture and integration designs. Qualifications Ability to distill technical concepts and present to a non-technical audience. Deep understanding of NetSuite ERP, system migrations, and enterprise-level business processes. Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Expertise in guiding development teams and overseeing solution execution. Expertise in modern integration patterns, message-driven and event-driven architectures, and legacy integration methods such as batch processing and file-based data transfers. Ability to analyze, interpret, and validate integration data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Extensive knowledge of Cloud Systems in a Life Sciences Environment Experience with implementing, integrating, and managing G&A software solutions such as Oracle NetSuite, Coupa, Bill.com, Floqast, BambooHR, Workday, Greenhouse, and Cobblestone. Strong working knowledge of System Development Life Cycle methodologies in project delivery. Experience ensuring compliance with SOX and related procedures. Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills. Ability to work in a small, fast-paced IT team. Accuracy and responsibility, ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service skills and ability to demonstrate a passion to assist and add value to department and company. 8+ years of industry experience in IT Architecture, Solution Design, or Enterprise Architecture. Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline.

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
