Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to lead application development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Java-based applications
- Provide technical guidance to development teams
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
- Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security
- Work closely with business and QA teams
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development
- Strong expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
