Job Title: Workday Project Manager (Learning / Advanced Compensation) Certified
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based candidates only)
Type: W2 Only (No C2C / No 1099 / No OPT/CPT)
Duration: Long-term contract
Job Description:
We are seeking Workday Certified Project Managers to lead implementations and enhancements within Workday Learning and Workday Advanced Compensation modules. This role requires both strong Agile/Scrum experience and proven Workday module expertise.
Responsibilities:
Lead Workday Learning and/or Advanced Compensation projects from planning to delivery.
Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and Business SMEs to define requirements and priorities.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews).
Track, report, and manage project progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
Remove impediments and ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with Workday standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Workday Certification(s) must have either Learning or Advanced Compensation certification.
8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
4+ years managing Workday HCM module implementations.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices; experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
Multiple Workday certifications across Compensation, Learning, Talent, or Benefits.
Experience in large enterprise/global Workday rollouts.
